Perfection is an engagement session at the hands of Susie and Will. Showcasing the tenderness and beauty of a couple who met when they were teens. Alexis and Chase’s love story began as high school sweeties growing up in Las Vegas and reconnecting years later after finishing college. Fast forward many years later and these two decided to spend forever together with an engagement session for the books.
How They Met
Years ago, when Alexis & Chase were just a couple of teenagers, they crossed paths at Bishop Gorman High School. They were introduced by mutual friends as they were taking summer classes before heading off to college. They had this instant connection with one another and have been together ever since!
Alexis & Chase are both super passionate about their careers & their family life. When they get a chance to unwind, they have cocktails with friends or watch sports together (Geaux Saints!) They love trying new restaurants and have a shared passion for food: specifically sushi, mexican or a good beignet from Cafe du Monde. If you haven’t caught the theme here, Alexis’ family is from the fabulous New Orleans and you will see little surprises throughout their wedding day that bring a little bit of southern flair to Las Vegas.
The Proposal
Alexis and Chase planned a trip to Maui during Alexis’ break in dental school. While in Hawaii, Chase told Alexis that she needed to pack her bag because they were going to be staying in a different hotel the next morning. He took her to the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua and proposed on the very beach that they traveled to over 16 years ago. Chase had rose petals displayed on the beach with Alexis’ favorite champagne. It was intimate and romantic and something to be remembered forever.
The Ashley Creative team has been dreaming about this wedding with a bit of southern charm and can’t wait for August to finally see it come to life.
