Spring Wedding Inspiration in the Middle of an Orchard

The inspiration for this shoot was the idea of the transition from winter into the spring/ summer season where the trees are starting to bloom and we are starting to welcome back the lovely pastel hues of blue, green, and blush.

We wanted the color palette of this shoot to be neutral, light & airy. My vision for the table was clean, inviting, and elegant. I just love the contrast between the vintage charger plates & and the soft blue linen! The centerpieces were full of garden roses, light blue delphinium & just a touch of black- centered anemones to add a bit of an edge to the design. For the ceremony vignette, Cultivate Goods decided to keep it simple as the backdrop of the vineyard was beautiful in and of itself. We used stylish ivory wood rim chairs for seating.

Dogwood Party Rentals provided many elegant pieces for this shoot that tied perfectly into the vintage vineyard story we wanted to tell. From the silver tray topped with etched glass champagne coupes to the intricate flatware, we love how each piece added character and a sense of richness to the vignette.

For the bridal beauty, we wanted to convey the kind of style and juxtaposition of an edgy bride that decides to steer away from white & instead goes with a light grey bridal gown. Couture Bride gave us exactly what we dreamt of with the “Galatea” dress by Watters. Our Bride’s hair by Amelia C & Co had a carefree and romantic feel with loose, natural texture around her edgy bangs for a bit of a flair. Her makeup was subtle and fresh to only accentuate the model’s natural beauty.
